The primary role of the Senior Consultant - Change Management is to advise, mentor and/or implement workplace change programs for clients, conduct their own research, data gathering and analysis as well as oversee the work of the Analysts in the development of workplace change initiatives. The Senior Consultant will create change management project work plans and budgets, create proposal and project strategy, conduct and oversee all change management project work product and, will partner with senior management to present findings and recommendations to the client. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with all team members from brain-storming ideas to presenting final client recommendations. Will assist in some sales efforts. They will be the key point of contact for clients for workplace change evaluation and recommendations and provide oversight and/or implementation as requested.
